Never before has a date in history been so significant to so many cultures, so many religions, scientists, and governments. 2012 is an epic adventure about a global cataclysm that brings an end to the world and tells of the heroic struggle of the survivors.Ok, so some people liked it and others didn't. Like any other disaster movie, people die and some or majority of the main cast survive. The storyline was what kept the movie going, although the begging was kind of draggy and transition from 2009 to 2012 a little too fast to know what was really going on.
The bottom line of the story is that humans are a selfish bunch, one way or the other only the rich and powerful are entitled to survival in the movie, those who don't make the cut have a difficult time. It is the ugly fact of the world we live in today. But the effects overall was awesome!
