Mong-ryong sees Chun-hyang accepting the diamond necklace and presumes she likes Hak-do. He feels bad when Chun-hyang's mother berates him for causing her daughter to give up her studies.

Hak-do sets up a tent for Chun-hyang's stall when it starts to snow. The better he treats her, the worse she feels.

Mong-ryong's father apologizes to Chun-huyang's mother, offering to take Chun-hyang in again. Mong-ryong turns up with a pair of gloves but leaves quietly when he overhears Chun-hyang telling her mother she will throw him out if he appears before her.

Chun-hyang rejects Hak-do and returns the necklace. Hak-do asks for one more chance, intending to take her to a movie premiere and diner party. And if she still does not want to accept him, she can return the diamond necklace back and he will take it back.

Hak-do gives Chae-rin two tickets to the premiere and asks her to invite Mong-ryong. Mong-ryong and Chun-hyang's friends try to get them to reconcile by arranging to return to Namwon together for the wedding of one of their high school teachers.

At the wedding, Mong-ryong and Chun-hyang are made to sing a duet together. They call Chae-rin and Hak-do respectively telling them that they would not be able to attend the premiere.

A jealous Chae-rin insists that Mong-ryong return to Seoul. Chun-hyang decides to leave first. when she sees Hak-do waiting at her door, she agrees to attend the premiere with him.

Mong-ryong saves Chun-hyang from falling lightting equipment when there is a blackout at the party. When she realizes that it is Mong-ryong that has saved her, she rushes off and drops the necklaces as a result. Hak-do picks it up.

Chun-hyung is chatting with Mong-ryong when she realizes that she has lost her necklace. Next>>
