Sypnoisis
“The Romance of Tiger and Rose” is a fun and light-hearted time-traveling romantic comedy. It's about Chen Xiaoqian (Zhao Lusi), an upcoming script writer trying to make her make in the industry and exerts all her energy writing her drama screenplay. Her bank account is near $0, so she needs to get her screenplay up and get paid. However, the main lead actor is not willing to start filming until she updates her script to be more realistic.
She tries to convince him but it's back to the drawing board for her as she re-writes her screenplay fervently. And so she (re)writes her script over and over again, until she catches a cold and passes out.
Xiaoqian wakes up and finds out she has been transported right into the script which she has written, and has even become the canon folder who is soon to be poisoned by the male lead, Han Shuo (Ding Yuxi). She believes that she can return to the real world when the story ends (last episode) with her original leads of her story, Han Shuo (Ding Yu Xi) and Chen Chu Chu (Zhou Zi Xin), fall in love with each other.
In her many failed (and hilarious) attempts to try to get the original leads together, she unknowingly changes the course of the story. The ending is an open one and I really hope for a second season!
